I love that Spring is here. It’s been a long, depressing winter–even here in the deep south. We are in desperate need of some sun and fun. While sun is free, fun is usually not–at least not when you have four kids.
For me winter always means spending. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s day, my daughter and husband’s and step son’s birthdays leave my bank account hurting.
Luckily winter is almost out the door, and spring means it’s time to clean house–so why not clean up my finances while I’m at it.
I should tell you I am prissy. I don’t budget. That word depresses me. I don’t skimp. I don’t deprive. I refuse. Life is too short to live in a state of lack. That being said, these 30 little money tricks are designed to make a difference without making me feel deprived in any way.
